Dr. Simon Laplante, MD, FRCSC, FABS is an MIS fellow at the University of Toronto. He trained in Toronto for his residency and in Ottawa for medical school. Simon is interested in getting a job in bariatric surgery. His research interests include various applications of computer vision in the operating room for coaching and teaching as well as implementation of robotic surgery in MIS training. This video presentation will focus on surgical management of GERD following RYBG.
